At Sandal Season, we want you to love every step you take. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your unworn sandals within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Sandals
Place the unworn sandals in their original packaging and ensure all tags are attached before sealing the shipping box.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
